Well its been a while since I've been on DA. I'd really like to get back into it again. I've done a lot photography wise since my last devations. Mostly travel photography as I've spent a lot of time travelling recently. I have a whole host of photographs from all over Africa to edit and upload so look forward to some of those, as well as more from Europe, New Zealand and Australia.

I'm still out in Africa having a great time. I've moved on from Kenya having completed our school building project, teaching and medic placement in a little town in Kenya. I'm currently in Uganda in Kampala the capital. We're heading down to Rwanda soon.

I managed to avoid London Open House, not by choice, but found the Thames Festival a brilliant substitute! Photos coming soon.

5 days until my Africa trip! I'm so excited, yet I'm still waiting for my new plane tickets to be re-issued as they cancelled the other one, waiting for my new credit card to be delivered, and most importantly trying to desperately locate where I put my passport. Its in a safe place, I just can't remember where that safe place is!! Typical!

Edit: I've booked to go down to London on the 15th and 16th of London, primarily to meet up with `greenie and a few other to go to various buildings which are participating in London Open House [link] and for a drinking session at the met bar.
If anyone else is going to be in London on these dates let me know and we could arrange to meet up and go shooting (in the photographic sense of course).

Its been ages since I went to London. I went last year about 6 times, including New Years Eve, so its about time I went again as the only time I've been this year is just to go to Heathrow or Gatwick.

Hey, I'm back, well I was back and then had to go over to Ireland for a few days, but I am now back.

I will update properly and link you to my photos once uploaded, and no doubt submit a few here.

I'll update properly in about 3 weeks as I have 2 exams coming up which I actually need to study hard for as I didn't take my books with me on holiday, oops! So it'll be a busy next few weeks settling back to work and revising.

Just booked my 3 month trip to Africa at the end of the year, 5 weeks charity work, and 5 weeks safari. I can't wait!!!! I always need something to look forward to otherwise I get pretty depressed just plodding along doing the 9 till 5.

Still waiting on one final offer from a University to find out whether I'll be going this year. Experience is my down fall, so if I don't get accepted I'll spend the next year getting experience (hence Africa as I'll get some experience in third world medicine out there) and then apply again for 2008.

Jet lag is a bugger, I didn't get up until midday today, but I think I'm pretty much back to normal now.
